CC Switch
CC Switch is an open-source, cross-platform desktop tool for unified AI CLI management. It supports one-click switching of model endpoints for Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini CLI, and centrally manages cross-application MCP servers and system prompts, freeing developers from tedious manual configuration file edits.
⚡ One-Click Launch & Import (Recommended)
CC Switch natively supports the ccswitch:// Deep Link protocol. You do not need to manually copy and paste parameters—endpoint injection can be completed with a single click from the OpenRely console:
On the OpenRely API Key Management Page, click the action menu to the right of any key and select the "CC Switch" option. The system will automatically launch the CC Switch client and pre-fill the Base URL and API key.

Install CC Switch
Choose an installation method based on your operating system, or go directly to GitHub Releases to download the latest installer:
brew tap farion1231/ccswitch
brew install --cask cc-switchDownload the .msi installer or the ready-to-use portable .zip version from GitHub Releases.
Download the .deb package or .AppImage from GitHub Releases.
Arch Linux users can directly use the AUR:
paru -S cc-switch-binSuitable for headless remote development servers or SSH terminal environments:

Configure OpenRely Provider
You can launch it with one click from the console, or manually add a provider in the CC Switch interface and fill in the following configuration fields:

One-Click Switch and Start Using
- Click "Open CC Switch" (or Save) in the bottom-right corner of the popup to persist the configuration into the corresponding CLI configuration environment;
- In the CC Switch main dashboard, toggle the switch on the right side of the corresponding Provider to switch the currently active API endpoint with one click;
- Open your terminal and run
claudeorcodexto start immersive coding directly through the OpenRely gateway.
