OpenRely API Integration
Method 1: One-Click Import (Recommended)
- Install and open the AQBot desktop client at least once so the system registers the
aqbot://protocol; - Go to the "API Keys" page in the OpenRely Console, click "..." in the action menu of the target key → "Chat" → select AQBot;
- The browser will prompt to open AQBot; verify the provider name, API URL, and key in the confirmation dialog;
- After confirmation, AQBot will automatically write the configuration to Settings → Provider Management;
- Navigate to that provider's settings, click Sync Models to fetch the list of available models, and then select a model on the chat page to start using it.
Method 2: Manual Configuration
- Create or copy an API Key on the "API Keys" page in the OpenRely Console;
- Open AQBot → Settings → Provider Management → click Add Provider;
- Fill in the following fields:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Provider Name | Custom name (e.g., OpenRely) |
| Provider Type | OpenAI (Recommended) |
| API URL | https://api.openrely.ai (AQBot will automatically append /v1) |
| API Key | Enter your OpenRely Token (sk-...) |
- Click Sync Models, and save after successfully fetching the model list;
- Return to the chat page and select the newly synced model to start interacting.
Optional: Native Claude / Gemini Protocol Support
In addition to the default OpenAI-compatible endpoint, if you need to use native Claude or native Gemini channels, you can add separate providers in AQBot:
| Requirement | Provider Type | API URL |
|---|---|---|
| Chat Completions (Default) | OpenAI | https://api.openrely.ai |
Claude Native /v1/messages | Anthropic | https://api.openrely.ai |
| Gemini Native Interface | Gemini | https://api.openrely.ai |
FAQ & Troubleshooting
- Clicking does not launch the application: Ensure that the desktop client has been downloaded, installed, and opened at least once.
- Import succeeded but cannot chat: Click "Sync Models" to ensure that the model IDs match the platform's available model names exactly.
- macOS displays "is damaged" or "cannot verify developer": In System Settings under "Privacy & Security", select "Open Anyway", or refer to the official documentation to allow the signature.
